We can provider a super bill with diagnoses and coding so that you can submit it to insurance upon request.

A Note on Our Policies for Patients with Medicare and Medicaid
Welcome! We are glad you're considering our practice for your health and wellness journey. As a cash-pay provider, we want to be fully transparent about our billing and legal requirements, especially concerning patients who are enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid.
Understanding Medicare and Medicaid in a Cash-Pay Practice
Our practice operates outside of the traditional insurance model, which allows us to provide a high level of personalized, comprehensive care without the constraints of insurance-driven protocols. However, due to federal regulations, there are specific limitations on the services we can provide to patients who have Medicare or Medicaid.
Simply put, we are legally prohibited from accepting payment for any service that either Medicare or Medicaid would normally cover, even if you choose not to submit a claim. This is a legal requirement set by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to prevent what is known as "balance billing" for covered services. This means that if a service or procedure is on the Medicare or Medicaid approved list, we cannot treat you for it in our practice.
Services We Can Provide
While we cannot treat Medicare or Medicaid patients for covered services, we are able to provide care for services that fall outside of their coverage. You are welcome to seek care at our practice for the following:
Skincare Consults: These services, which focus on cosmetic concerns and advanced skincare, are generally not covered by Medicare or Medicaid.
Medical Weight Loss: Our medical weight loss programs are comprehensive, often including advanced testing, and are not typically covered by Medicare or Medicaid.
Alternative/Functional Medicine Testing: We can provide advanced testing that explores the root cause of health issues and falls outside of the standard testing covered by Medicare or Medicaid.
